APEXUS ADVANCED 340B OPERATIONS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM GRADUATION KIT

Congratulations on passing the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program and becoming a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE). You have validated your 340B expertise with the industry's leading certificate program. We encourage you to share your accomplishment with others. Let your colleagues know about your 340B education experience and the 340B certification that is available through Apexus. Here are some suggestions:

Certificate and Transcript

• Provide your manager with a copy of your certificate. You can access your Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate by going to Transcripts in the Apexus Education Portal.
• Frame and display your certificate in a prominent location in your organization.

Continuing Education Credits

• Claim completion of the program here.
• A certificate will be available in your NABP CPE Monitor account reporting the completion of the program with the program CPN number.

Professional Designation Use

• Use the designation 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE). There are several ways to promote your professional designation. The following are some examples of the many permitted uses of the trademarked professional designation:
  • John Smith, 340B Apexus Certified Expert ^™
  • John Smith, 340B ACE
  • I am a 340B Apexus Certified Expert ^™, have completed more than 40 hours of education, and have worked in pharmacy for more than X years.
  • I am listed as a 340B Apexus Certified Expert ^™ on the ACE Search tool.

• You may use the trademarked 340B Apexus Certified Expert ^™ logo. Incorporate it into your email signature, business cards, and so on.

Press Release

• Work with your public relations department to issue a press release to local media, your organization’s website, and social media using the press release template available here.

340B Apexus Certified Expert Search

• Provide the “Certificate Holders Search” page, available on apexus.com/certificate, to those who may want to validate your 340B ACE status, such as your manager, potential employers, or, if you are a consultant, covered entities that may hire you.

Resume/CV

• Update your résumé or CV to add 340B ACE after your name (e.g., Jane Smith, RPh, MBA, 340B ACE) and add Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate to the certifications section.

LinkedIn/Twitter

• Apexus will post a congratulatory message with your name on the Apexus LLC LinkedIn company page if, on the Operations Certificate Program Evaluation, you said “yes” to the question “Apexus can post my completion status on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn).”
• Follow Apexus LLC on LinkedIn to “Like” and share 340B ACE congratulatory posts.
• Follow @Apexus340B on Twitter to “Like” and share posts.
• Post a message on your LinkedIn and Twitter pages using the hashtags #340B and #340BACE; include an image of your certificate.
• Post a message or start a conversation on the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate private LinkedIn Group. To join the group, go to the Operations Certificate LinkedIn group page and click “Ask to Join.”
• Post a message on other 340B LinkedIn Groups or discussion boards.
• Update your LinkedIn profile, including the following:
  • Headline (title) – add “340B ACE”
  • Certifications, under Accomplishments – add “Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate”
  • Current position – display a copy of your certificate as a work sample using instructions on LinkedIn.com/help.

Industry Conferences

• Mention or recommend the Apexus Advanced Operations Certificate program to your colleagues.
• Pick up your 340B ACE name badge ribbon at the Apexus Operations Certificate booth at 340B Coalition Winter or Summer conferences.

Managers

• Require individuals on your team to complete the Operations Certificate program as part of their goals or make completion of the program a job requirement.
• When hiring your team, include the 340B ACE certification as a requirement in the job description.

The Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program is a separate Apexus offering that is not a part of the 340B Prime Vendor Program or otherwise associated with the Prime Vendor Agreement between HRSA and Apexus.

The program is provided solely for education and/or instructional purposes, and the learner assumes exclusive responsibility for using and applying the information presented therein. Successful completion of the program does not confer a professional license or other equivalent designation or qualification on the learner.
